Set-N-Me-Free Aloe & Herb Body Wrap Solution Gel hydrates the skin, helps in losing inches, and assists in body detoxification. All of these actions, combined with the use of Aloe Lavender Bath & Shower Gel or Aloe Body Wash for exfoliation will result in smoother skin texture and fewer ripples and bumps. - Shower using Aloe Lavender Bath & Shower Gel or Aloe Body Wash for 3 days prior to being wrapped. This will exfoliate dry skin and deep clean pores allowing the Aloe & Herb Body Wrap Solution Gel to penetrate deeper. Use the Aloe Misting Spray after bath, or shower, for everyday hydration.
- On the 4th day, shower to warm your skin. While you are in the shower warm your Aloe & Herb Body Wrap Solution Gel by placing the bottle in a container of hot water (do not use a microwave to warm the gel).
- Most people find that it is easier to work in sections to achieve the best results. Apply warm Aloe & Herb Body Wrap Solution Gel from ankles to waist. Then wrap with 1-2 layers of plastic wrap. No need to wrap tightly. The active ingredients will move through your body better if the wrap is loose and comfortable. Next, apply warm Aloe & Herb Body Wrap Solution Gel to the chest, stomach, arms and back and wrap with 1-2 layers of plastic wrap. This full body application will allow better movement of the toxins through the lymphatic system.
- Keep warm for the next 45-60 minutes, but do not sweat. Sweating will push the Aloe & Herb Body Wrap Solution Gel out of your body and reduce the overall effectiveness of the treatment.
- After the 45-60 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and rub any remaining Aloe & Herb Body Wrap Solution Gel into the skin like you would a lotion.
- Drink 3-4 liters of pure water each day for 3 days following each treatment to flush toxins out of the lymphatic system using your body’s natural waste removal system.
- Repeat Steps 1-7 on the 4th or 5th day.
